At Vintagemotorsports, we provide the customer with a
full service department, anything and everything on your ATV, Dirt bike,
or Snowmobile. Our shop rate is $50/hr for all mechanical repairs.
We offer some common menu item repairs at discounted rates. You send
us your bike or component to be repaired and it comes back to you as good
as new. With over 20 years experience, you can be assured the
highest quality repair on your machine.
Engine Rebuilding
Complete rebuild of your engine. Everything will be
disassembled, inspected and measured for the correct specs, and rebuilt
using all new (wearable parts), pistons, rings, all seals, values, timing
chains, clutch plates, etc. Any missing or broken hard parts (not
common wearable parts) will be extra as well as return shipping.

Head and Cylinder Work
Full rebuilding of cylinder head replaces valves, grind and lap
seats, inspect and measure head flatness and planed as required, cylinder
will be cleaned and bored to the next available size and fitted with a new
Wiseco piston.all parts will be returned to you looking as good as new at
a fraction of the cost
Carb Overhauls
Send us your dirty plugged up carburetor and we will rebuild it
to new condition, set up to factory jetting and specs. We give you
all new jets (pilot and main), needle and seat, and all mixture screw.
Carburetor body and bowl will be cleaned to factory new.
